I began my career in the foodservice industry at 15 years old, working my way from kitchen roles and bartending through college into restaurant management with a national chain. More than 30 years ago, I transitioned into foodservice equipment distribution and have proudly spent my entire career with Lane & McClain. As President, I value the strong relationships we've built with our employees, customers, manufacturers, and vendors. Honesty, integrity, and doing the right thing continue to be the foundation of our success.

JayDe Fulkerson
Vice President & General Manager
I serve as Vice President and General Manager, bringing more than 17 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead teams and projects in a variety of roles, including Vice President of Construction, Senior Director of Operations, and Director of Installations. My experience spans operations, construction management, project execution, and customer service, with a focus on delivering quality results and building strong relationships.
I am passionate about developing high-performing teams, improving processes, and creating solutions that help our customers succeed. I take pride in fostering a collaborative culture built on accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Every day, I am committed to supporting our team, serving our customers, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.

Resha Taylor
Controller
I serve as Controller for Lane & McClain Distributors, bringing more than 25 years of accounting and financial leadership experience dedicated to the foodservice industry. My career began in restaurant accounting and expanded into financial leadership roles supporting food manufacturers, consumer goods companies, beverage producers, and technology solutions that serve the foodservice and retail markets. That experience gave me a broad understanding of the financial and operational challenges businesses face throughout the supply chain.
Today, I lead a team of four while overseeing Lane & McClain's accounting and financial operations. I enjoy partnering across departments to strengthen financial reporting, improve processes, and support strategic growth that benefits both our employees and our customers.
I believe strong financial leadership is about more than the numbers. It's about building efficient systems, developing people, and providing the insight leaders need to make sound business decisions. I am proud to continue serving an industry that has been at the center of my career.

Gail Mainard
Director of Operations
Throughout my 20+ year career, I've learned that great inventory control isn't just about counting items, it's about mastering the flow of production, procurement, and team leadership. My professional journey has taken me deep into the food service world as well as outside industries, teaching me how to adapt quickly to changing market demands. I approach every operational challenge with a continuous improvement mindset, utilizing my Six Sigma Green Belt, 5S, and Lean training to build lean, highly efficient systems. I thrive on solving complex backend problems so businesses can scale smoothly.
As Director of Operations, I look forward to stepping into a role where I can synthesize these two decades of experience to build a world-class, resilient supply chain strategy. I am excited to champion a culture of continuous improvement, mentor the next generation of operational leaders, and align our daily production and inventory workflows directly with the company's long-term growth and profitability goals.

Daniel Parrish
Service Manager
With over 13 years of hands-on experience as a Service Technician, I developed a deep understanding of both the technical and customer service aspects of the food equipment service industry before transitioning into management. That field experience continues to shape my leadership approach today, allowing me to effectively support technicians while understanding the challenges they face in the field.
As a Service Manager, I take great pride in helping others grow and develop professionally. Watching technicians build their skills, gain confidence, and develop into their careers is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. I also enjoy building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs. By serving as a bridge between our technicians and customers, I help ensure clear communication, exceptional service, and long-term partnerships. My goal is to create positive experiences that not only solve immediate challenges but also build the "customer for life" relationships we strive to establish with every customer at Lane and McClain.

Blair Hutchinson
Business Development Manager
I've been with Lane & McClain since 2014, starting in the parts department and progressing through equipment order processing and support for specialty accounts before becoming Business Development Manager. My career began in the foodservice industry, where I worked as both a server and in kitchen operations, giving me a firsthand understanding of our customers' needs and challenges. I am passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and helping our customers achieve long-term success.
