Drizzling it over a cup of soft serve, it adds a new layer of texture and just a little bitterness to help contrast the sweet. Even if you’re not sold on the idea of mixing the two together, they both compliment the other well. During the colder times of year coffee is the perfect little go to treat, but when the weather starts to warm up, it’s soft serve’s time to shine and take center stage. With both in the shop, it will help generate customers year-round so that you never have to worry if someone will come in once the weather starts to shift. Plus, it gives you more to place on your menu with so many different options you can play around with.
